PRO starting at $399/mo.**
PRO monthly bookkeeping package includes the following services:
Basic Bookkeeping: The PRO package fee includes categorizing transactions for up to two bank/credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online and monthly reconciliations of these accounts.
Accounts Receivable: Preparation and sending of basic invoices as needed, up to 15 invoices per month, and following up on overdue invoices so you get paid!
Accounts Payable: Paying your bills as needed up to 15 bills per month, maintaining vendor relationships in QuickBooks Online. More bills? No problem! We can expand this service to accommodate as much bill-pay as you need for a higher rate.
Cash Analysis and Management: If your business is profitable, let us take care of the timing. We will pay all your bills on time and never overdraw your bank account.
Monthly Check-In: Monthly 30-minute phone call/Zoom at your convenience to review the past month’s finances and future projections together.
One additional hour of support: You can use it for any bookkeeping need, sometimes small projects arise. We’ve got your back. For any project that surpasses that hour, we are happy to conduct extra retainer work for our hourly rate of $40/hr.

QUICKBOOKS DIAGNOSTIC starting at $300 one time fee
WHAT IS A QBO DIAGNOSTIC?
A diagnostic review is our initial inspection of your existing bookkeeping to identify red flags, get a better understanding of the scope of your project, look for opportunities to improve and outline a plan of action to get your bookkeeping cleaned up, caught up, and kept up. This is the first step in any catch-up, clean or ongoing bookkeeping services.

SET-UP, CLEAN-UP, CATCH-UP starting at $500/month

REQUIREMENTS AND EXCLUSIONS
These include but are not limited to the following:

The rates quoted above are approximate. The final quote will be provided after conducting QBO diagnostic and understanding the scope of the work. Onsite work or pick-ups, drop-offs are not included as part of the packages above. Cancellation fees also apply.

Bank Feeds must be activated in QuickBooks file AND view-only access to your bank accounts provided for ALL accounts included in the service package.

Your financial records must be relatively current and up-to-date (no more than 2-3 bank statement cycles behind) as Catch-Up, Clean-up, and Set-up tasks are not included with these services.

Please note that Set-Up and Catch-Up rates may DOUBLE the rates of ongoing work. Having said that, each situation is unique, therefore we recommend scheduling a FREE 15-minutes meeting with us where we can discuss your specific situation and provide a custom proposal to you.

Pre-payment of 100% of fees for each service package is due before work resumes.

Ongoing Bookkeeping Services WILL REQUIRE an agreement to allow the set up of Recurring Payments to be processed by the 5th of each month, before work starts (Recurring payments for other packages are offered as a courtesy).

Add-on fees will be billed monthly as needed or as incurred and are due and payable upon receipt.

The client is to ensure timely delivery (by the 10th of each month at the latest) of all needed source documents and/or provide guest access to all platforms needed to provide the services needed as per our written agreement.

As we are not a CPA firm, Accountants, or tax preparers, the Client's CPA, Accountant, or Tax Preparer will have the final word and will be deemed the final authority on any / all data entered into the Client's financial records.

The client is responsible for adopting sound accounting principles and ensuring adequate internal controls are in place as well as abiding by all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws as necessary.

NO WORK WILL COMMENCE WITHOUT A SIGNED AGREEMENT BY BOTH PARTIES.

NO REFUNDS ONCE THE AGREEMENT IS SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES AND WORK STARTS.
